The trustees will undertake a review of any requests made regularly and the intention is that donations will be made to successful applications every 6 months.
Anyone interested in receiving a donation can apply by either providing a request in writing or by completing an application form (PDF application form, or MS Word application form), and email it to the contact details on the form.
Your application will be initially assessed to see whether it is something that the trustees wish to donate towards, and you will be advised of the results of that initial review.
If successful at the initial stage the trustees will undertake further reviews which will take a number of forms, normally including general research about the organisation or project, and specific additional questions.
At the end of that review a decision will be made by the trustees as to whether a donation will be made and at what level, and you will be informed.
If you have not been successful you will be informed and a reason will be provided. Having been unsuccessful at this stage does not stop you from reapplying, and hopefully the reasons given will help you to reapply.
Any payments made from the trust will be to a bona fide UK bank account.
